Hola!!! Una muy buena noticia. Gastón ha viajado a Tailandia para participar del campeonato mundial de Muay Thai que se celebrará en dicho país (IFMA World Championships 2009). Desde aquí, todo nuestro apoyo a Gastón!!!! Tú puedes hacerlo!!! Más información, muy pronto.

Cuarta y última parte de los screenshots de Gastón Bolaños en esta entrevista. Y como se les prometió, algunos datos sobre ella:

*La entrevista fue realizada el día 18 de junio de 2009, fecha en la que ya Gastón había obtenido el título de "WCSC Junior Lightweight World Champion" al derrotar a Brad McDonald.
*En la entrevista aparece como invitado Rodrigo Jorquera, primer entrenador de Gastón y una de las primeras personas que vio todo el potencial que tenía "The young warrior".
*Gastón nos explica en la entrevista que en el Muay Thai amateur los rodillazos en la cabeza no están permitidos, en el profesional sí.
*Gastón corre 5 millas (8 km.) todos los días en la mañana.
*En la entrevista Gastón señala que hay una danza tailandesa llamada el Wai khru mediante la cual los luchadores piden a dios que les vaya bien en la pelea, a ellos y a sus contrincantes.
*Cuando a Gastón le preguntan ¿de qué están hecho los peruanos?, el se golpea el brazo y dando un puñete al saco dice orgullosamente "De hierro". (Excelente quote).
*Al final de la entrevista Gastón les dice a todos sus fans y admiradores que si tienen algún sueño en la vida, que no dejen de perseguirlo. Él dijo que tuvo un sueño y que gracias a su perseverancia, disciplina y empeño, lo logró y el está convencido que todos pueden hacerlo, sólo hay que seguir adelante.

*The interview was made in June 18, 2009. By that time, Gaston already obtained the "WCSC Junior Lightweight World Champion" title when he defeated Brad McDonald.

*In this interview appears Rodrigo Jorquera, Gaston's first trainer and one of the first persons who saw the tremendous potential of "The young warrior".

*Gaston explains that in amateur Muay Thai you can't use your knee to hit the head of your opponent, whereas in professional Muay Thai you can.

*Gaston runs 5 miles every day in the morning.

*There's a part of the interview when Gaston says that there's a Thai dance called Wai khru that the fighter does to ask god for good luck in the fight, not only for him but also for the opponent.

*When someone asks Gaston "And... of what Peruvians are made of?", Gaston hits his arm and then hits the punch bag and says proudly "Of iron". (Awesome quote, huh?).

*At the end of the interview, Gaston gives a superb message to his fans. He said that if we have a dream, we need to go for it, to keep chasing it not matter what. He added also that he had a dream and thanks to his perseverance, discipline and effort, he achieved it. He is convinced that anyone can make their dreams come true, we just need to persevere.
